電鍍行業(yè)適合使用超聲波清洗機(jī)嗎?

目前,電鍍行業(yè)還不太了解超聲波清洗機(jī)的實際應(yīng)用,電鍍中,前處理的目的為了往除工件表面存在污物及雜質(zhì),使其成為合適電鍍的活性外表。電鍍質(zhì)量不良的原由較多是前處理不好。而前處理不好,大多未使用超聲波清洗設(shè)備。

超聲頻率一般為20-100KHZ之間。普通工件的前處理,一般采用低頻、中功率的超聲清洗設(shè)備,如頻率25-28KHZ,功率密度1W/cm。

由于低頻比高頻在介質(zhì)中輕易發(fā)生空化,對于外形簡單、并不十分精 密的工件,此類清洗機(jī)能滿足要求。特點是噪音較大便宜。對一些精 密度較高的工件,現(xiàn)使用的一般都為高頻40-68KHZ高功率的超聲清洗機(jī)。因此類清洗機(jī)對于縫隙、間隙、深孔、盲孔等外表形復(fù)雜的工件清洗效果較好。但是超聲清洗的作用只是有溶液到達(dá)的地方才干起到清洗作用。也是說要避免深孔、盲孔中有空氣,并且要留意雜質(zhì)著落、油污上漂和處置清洗不到位的現(xiàn)象。

電鍍前處置時必 須根據(jù)工件的實際情況,采用適宜的方法進(jìn)行有用清洗。金屬基材一般分為沖壓件和壓鑄件。沖壓件上面的油污為一般沖壓油,因其密度相比高所以相比輕易清洗。

一般可用酸洗、電解等。而鋅、鋁、銅等的壓鑄件屬相比難清洗的因壓鑄件中添加了各種元素,此外在成型、拉升、壓延、切削、拋光的過程中還必 須使用各種油品,如機(jī)油、拋光油等。對于超聲波清洗機(jī)來講,機(jī)油可以輕松往除。但拋光油分為黃油白油、綠油等,這相比難以往除。因此,必 須選擇合適的超聲清洗設(shè)備和清洗液。

工件鍍完后固然經(jīng)過漂洗,但某些較復(fù)雜工件,特別是有縫隙、深孔、盲孔的工件(如眼鏡彈簧腿)不能起到理想的作用。只有通過用超聲波來往除縫隙、深孔、盲孔中殘留的電鍍?nèi)芤?。一般在這方面可選擇頻率略高、功率密度一般的超聲波清洗機(jī)即可。

Only the residual electroplating solution in gaps, deep holes and blind holes can be removed by ultrasonic. Generally, ultrasonic cleaning machines with slightly higher frequency and general power density can be selected in this regard.
