“空化作用”是數(shù)以百萬計微小氣泡(或空穴)在液體中迅速形成并爆裂的現(xiàn)象。“空化作用”的產(chǎn)生是由于高頻聲波(超聲波)形成的高、低壓力波交互作用的結(jié)果。在低壓階段,氣泡一點點變大,而在高壓階段,其被壓縮而內(nèi)爆。
"Cavitation" is a phenomenon that millions of tiny bubbles (or holes) are rapidly formed and burst in liquid. "Cavitation" is caused by the interaction of high and low pressure waves formed by high-frequency sound waves (ultrasonic waves). In the low pressure stage, the bubble becomes larger little by little, while in the high pressure stage, it is compressed and implodes.

Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for the following gemstones: opal, pearl, emerald, tanzanite, malachite, emerald, lapis lazuli and coral.

直接清洗通常是指工件在裝滿清洗液的清洗槽內(nèi)清洗,工件通常裝在帶孔的托盤或工裝籃內(nèi)。直接清洗的局限性是需要選擇那些不會損傷超聲波清洗槽的清洗液。間接清洗則是將待清洗的工件放在燒杯或不帶孔的托盤內(nèi),燒杯或托盤內(nèi)裝有溶液,而不是直接裝在清洗槽內(nèi)。當(dāng)選擇間接清洗時,確認(rèn)槽內(nèi)的水位被保持在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)位置。
Direct cleaning usually means that the workpiece is cleaned in a cleaning tank filled with cleaning solution, and the workpiece is usually installed in a tray or tooling basket with holes. The limitation of direct cleaning is to select the cleaning solution that will not damage the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Indirect cleaning is to put the workpiece to be cleaned in a beaker or tray without holes, and the beaker or tray is filled with solution, rather than directly in the cleaning tank. When indirect cleaning is selected, confirm that the water level in the tank is maintained at the standard position.
