1、噴嘴無污染物或堵塞。如果有噴孔阻塞,水流和水壓將受到阻礙,從而影響清 洗機的性能。數(shù)控高壓清洗機的水在清洗周期中是再循環(huán)的,其中攜帶的污染物可能停留在噴淋臂內。噴淋臂需定期清潔。

If it is not aligned, the water flow, water distribution and water pressure will be affected, and may cause the washer to operate abnormally. Insufficient water pressure will cause the spray arm to fail to operate normally and weaken the mechanical cleaning effect.
7、噴淋臂軸套存在且未受損:確保所有軸套、聯(lián)軸器、墊圈等存在且無任何裂痕或破損。

These may affect the performance and cleaning effect of the cleaning machine. Stains and scale may indicate problems such as high water quality and chemical concentration. Ensure that any applicable gaskets, sealing rings and recorders are in normal condition.
11、檢查艙體內照明燈具工作正常:清洗機擁有視窗和內部照明燈具允許在循環(huán)過程中觀察清洗機的性能。循環(huán)過程中需觀察噴淋臂是否正常運行,無器械/托盤阻礙清洗機的性能。觀察水流,確保無泡沫過多等跡象。
