全自動(dòng)高壓清洗機(jī)的使用用途、高壓泵容積、保養(yǎng)次數(shù)、操作的規(guī)范性等都影響到他的正常運(yùn)行狀況。大多數(shù)高壓清洗機(jī)的故障多發(fā)生在使用過(guò)程中因此要想在根源上避免故障應(yīng)當(dāng)在高壓清洗機(jī)設(shè)備工作時(shí)堅(jiān)持規(guī)范操作隨時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)它的運(yùn)行狀況避免高壓自動(dòng)清洗機(jī)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)“趴窩后”找不到故障原因。一般如果自動(dòng)高壓清洗機(jī)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障要從供水、動(dòng)力端、液力端幾個(gè)部分分析原因。

供水主要是從供水壓力、流量等情況分析。足夠的供水壓力和流量可以避免高壓清洗泵液力端內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓抽空、氣泡爆裂、氣蝕閥口的狀態(tài)從而使高壓泵的閥片和閥座的壽命得到保證。壓力主要是觀測(cè)壓力表觀察設(shè)備的壓力表是否是設(shè)備設(shè)定的額定壓力。觀測(cè)流量是否足夠時(shí)要在高壓清洗泵工作轉(zhuǎn)速下檢測(cè)因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)候供水流量略有不足清洗泵的轉(zhuǎn)速比較低情況下會(huì)出現(xiàn)假性流量充足高壓清洗機(jī)在這種狀態(tài)下工作會(huì)對(duì)高壓泵造成非常嚴(yán)重的傷害。一般來(lái)說(shuō)引起供水流量不足的原因有兩種一種是供水中雜質(zhì)比較多沒(méi)有按照規(guī)定經(jīng)常清洗進(jìn)水濾網(wǎng)供水雜質(zhì)僅會(huì)堵塞過(guò)濾器、硌傷閥口閥片使高壓清洗泵的閥座壽命大大降低。同時(shí)還會(huì)出現(xiàn)假性供水不足、泵組抖動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象。另一種原因是地區(qū)性供水壓力不足不穩(wěn)定影響供水。

Adequate water supply pressure and flow rate can prevent negative pressure evacuation, bubble bursting, and cavitation of the valve port in the hydraulic end of the high-pressure cleaning pump, thereby ensuring the service life of the valve disc and valve seat of the high-pressure pump. Pressure mainly refers to observing whether the pressure gauge of the equipment is the rated pressure set by the equipment. When observing whether the flow rate is sufficient, it should be tested at the working speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump because sometimes the water supply flow rate is slightly insufficient. When the cleaning pump's speed is relatively low, there may be false sufficient flow rate. Working in this state of the high-pressure cleaning machine can cause very serious damage to the high-pressure pump. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for insufficient water supply flow. One is that there are too many impurities in the water supply and the inlet filter screen is not cleaned regularly according to regulations. Impurities in the water supply only block the filter and damage the valve plate at the valve port, greatly reducing the valve seat life of the high-pressure cleaning pump. At the same time, there may also be false water shortage and pump group shaking. Another reason is the insufficient and unstable regional water supply pressure, which affects water supply.
動(dòng)力端主要是檢查高壓清洗泵的轉(zhuǎn)速、主軸承、曲軸軸承、油冷器的溫度、高壓泵潤(rùn)滑油的油量、質(zhì)量(是否按要求更換)密封墊設(shè)備的振幅等。
The power end mainly checks the speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump, the temperature of the main bearings, crankshaft bearings, oil coolers, the amount of lubricating oil in the high-pressure pump, the quality (whether it is replaced as required), and the amplitude of the sealing gasket equipment.
液力端主要檢查進(jìn)排液閥、調(diào)壓閥、閥芯閥座等。進(jìn)排液閥如果關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)或者調(diào)壓密封出現(xiàn)故障會(huì)造成供水內(nèi)漏流量減小壓力下降。閥芯閥座如果損壞關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)也會(huì)造成溢流口泄水壓力下降。
The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valves, pressure regulating valves, valve core valve seats, etc. If the inlet and outlet valves are not tightly closed or the pressure regulating seal fails, it will cause a decrease in the internal leakage flow rate of the water supply and a decrease in pressure. If the valve core and valve seat are damaged and not tightly closed, it can also cause a decrease in the pressure of the overflow outlet.
柱塞和密封出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題也會(huì)影響高壓清洗機(jī)設(shè)備的使用如果柱塞表面不平整或者柱塞表面長(zhǎng)時(shí)間發(fā)熱會(huì)造成密封溫度過(guò)高使柱塞和密封間隙過(guò)大出現(xiàn)漏水現(xiàn)象。
